Refund Policy For users who have paid a fee to have their listed included on our web site , magazine and mobile app we provide a full 100% refund only if the vehicle has not sold by the 30th day of being listed. A refund is not eligible if the same listing was sold through a different site or party. Refunds are issued as being credited back to your card, or by check or money order. A refund request is made by through our contact form. Use of Demographic and Profile Data
